Aesthetica Curated will provide a full refund for products within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unopened, in original packaging and unused for change of mind reasons.

Shipping on refund returns is at the cost of the customer. Please email us at hello@aestheticacurated.com.au for all refunds and returns.

In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately.

Please email hello@aestheticacurated.com.au with image attached. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us. Please note, there is a difference in a reaction and an allergy. A true allergic reaction will happen within 24-48hrs after usage.

Aesthetica Curated will cover the shipping costs.

If you have ordered the incorrect product, please email hello@aestheticacurated.com.au and we will exchange the product for you. Shipping return costs are at the consumer expense. The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
